Kiosk app updates
Upload a new signed release APK here. Every kiosk checks while idle, downloads it, and shows an Update button at the top right of its sign-in screen. Once a tablet has downloaded it, that site's offline-alert contact is texted to go and tap it. The APK must be signed with the same release key as the installed app, and its version code must be higher.
